Any player found to be "soft playing" or “colluding, in order to allow another player to win during the course of any Hive Poker Festival tournament will have their poker account frozen.
A player found trying to enter any Hive Poker Festival tournaments with multiple accounts will not be eligible for this promotion and risks account closure.
Players must play their hands independently. Players cannot tell opponents what to do or to reveal their hand to other players.
Qualification to the 20 Seat GTD €100K Freeroll Satellite requires entry to 5 Hive Poker Festival Tournaments – neither satellites nor freerolls count towards this promotion.
Qualification to the 50 Seat GTD €100K Freeroll Satellite via cash game play requires 100 raked cash game hands to be played at NL10 or above in the preceding 7 days.
The network has the right to stop this promotion, or change its conditions at any time.
Though the prizes displayed are updated as often as possible they are subject to change.

All Leaderboard prizes are subject to verification from our fraud department to ensure there is no foul play.
The package, valued at €2,500, includes one $565 buy-in to Event #5, 7 nights at LINQ in Las Vegas (May 29th – 4th June) and €1,000 in cash towards travel and expenses.
Players must be at least 21 years old to take part in the event in Las Vegas.
It is the individual winner‘s responsibility to organise travel to Las Vegas for the event and to ensure that all travel documents (passport and visa, as required) are in order and to obtain any required travel and medical insurance.
Players must confirm with their operator whether they can participate in the specified event, within 7 days of prize confirmation.
Should a player be under 21 or unable to ensure their eligibility to travel and participate in Las Vegas a cash alternative of €1,500 will be available at our discretion, providing the players states this within the above deadline.
Spending and travel money will be deposited into players’ poker accounts within 30 business days after the package has been won, subject to fraud department evaluation as listed above.
Awarding of any and all prizes is at the sole discretion of the promotion administrators, and any decisions taken in this regard are final.

In case of conflict or discrepancy between the English language version of these terms and conditions and the translated versions in all other languages, the English language version shall prevail.
